Nice to meet ya!
I'm Maddy (she/her), an actor originally from Milwaukee, WI. I have spent the past 4 years at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI pursuing a BFA in Acting with a Minor in Dance. Along the way I have been able to grow in areas of performance, and discover other passions, like choreography and Intimacy Direction.
I've been immersed in the world of theater since my very first show – Annie (duh). I still remember the moments after the final curtain, sitting on my orphan bed, tears flowing as I realized how much I'd miss all of the new friends I had made. That bittersweet feeling encompasses the magic of theater for me – the communities we build, the connections we make.

The magic deepened at Viterbo University, where I wore multiple hats in the Student Theatre Project (STP) – as Artistic Director, Managing Director, actor, and part of creative teams. STP is a fully student run theatre group. It's a powerhouse of collaboration and risk-taking, a bunch of passionate individuals taking on new roles in a production, fueled by the trust of their peers and a shared love for the craft.
For me, theater isn't about the bow; it's about the journey, the challenges, and the unforgettable moments shared with an incredible team. It's the chaos, the camaraderie, and the thrill of taking risks. The inside jokes created during rehearsal breaks, helping each other with winged eyeliner, someone fixing your collar before an entrance. That's what keeps me hooked.
